I am so happy you are here.

My name is Melissa Ismay.

​

All of my offerings extend from the integration of my personal experiences and personal studies.

My intention is that all of my offerings are

simple, sacred, sovereign and powerful.

my guiding principles are

excellence, integrity and pristine energy.

In life, I value love, joy, beauty, authenticity, integrity

and sovereignty.

my purpose is to radiate the highest vibrations of sacred, benevolent, divine love and light directly from Sophia source to ripple out blessings for all beings and all of creation in all ways, always across all space, time, and form.

My spiritual awakening began in early 2014. Originally a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RN for 10 years and flight NICU RN for 5 years with a background in nutrition and fitness, I began to feel like there must be more to life than the intensity of the hospital setting, and there must be more I had to offer these beautiful magical babies and their families than pain and trauma. As a former nicu baby myself, I knew first-hand the long-term effects of starting life in that environment. I studied yoga, massage therapy, infant massage, and craniosacral therapy. I evolved my nursing practice to prioritize developmental care and stress reduction. I began to partner better with the families of the infants under my care, doing my best to foster bonding in the midst of the nicu setting. My goal was that I would make a small difference when the baby finally went home. I started to unwind my nervous system from trauma bonding and intensity. By the end of my nursing career,

my favorite thing was attending a birth and seeing the baby get to stay with the mom and dad.

My nursing career ended abruptly and synchronistically at the end of 2019 as I turned my energy toward my family of origin in a time of crisis. I was blessed with the freedom to step back from nursing, and as the energy of my family of origin increasingly stabilized, I was able to turn my focus to travel and to my continued personal and spiritual development.

For 4 years, I studied with The Sophia Dragon Tribe® Mystery School Lineage originating with The Sophia Code® by Kaia Ra. During that time, I established deep soul-nourishing connections with my higher self, my inner phoenix child* (*this concept originates with Kaia Ra), and the Ascended Masters of the Sophia Dragon Tribe® including ascended masters isis, hathor, green tara, mother Mary, Mary magdalene, Joan of arc, Jesus, quan yin, mahavatar babaji, white buffalo woman, and the Sophia dragon seraphim angels. I received my Sophia Circle Leader® certification at the end of 2024. I maintain a daily practice of connection and communication with my higher self, my inner phoenix child and my ascended master mentors.

One of my favorite lessons from my study with the Sophia Dragon Tribe® Lineage is about pearls of wisdom. the lesson teaches to distill your stories down to the wisdom that remains, allowing all of the old energies of the story to fall away. The gold of this practice is that it allows you to honor the experience by retaining the embodied wisdom while avoiding the process of re-traumatizing yourself and possibly inadvertently traumatizing others through the telling of the original detailed story.

I understand that "love and light" has come under increasing scrutiny in recent years from a variety of angles, including things such as spiritual bypassing or alienating certain groups of people. I can only speak for the "love and light" I refer to here. I have been through many dark times of struggle and suffering in my life, and I have confronted my personal shadows in my journey. I leave that to everyone else in their sovereignty to do the same. that is simply not part of the mission I am here to share, and there are many wonderful resources for that process that you can trust your heart to guide you to find if you so choose. my purpose is to reclaim "love and light" and ripple out the most brilliant radiant luminosity of light to elevate and inspire others.

We are all human here.

We all have a wide spectrum of human emotions

we experience.

We are all on this adventure of life that presents opportunities to refine us as the shining diamonds and sparks of divinity that we are.

by focusing on love and light as we are here, we are simply choosing what emotions and what experience

we are giving our energy to at any given time.

By amplifying the love and the light each one of us is personally shining out into the world into the absolute brightest light, we are each radiating the strongest and highest vibrational energy into the collective field.

We are then each shining with our

most radiant luminosity, or our luminous radiance.

And that will ripple out to bless and elevate all of reality, All beings and all of creation in all ways, always.

I was originally attuned to Reiki in 2020, and I recently continued my studies in mid-2026 with my Reiki Master practitioner training. From my Reiki training arose

a desire to create a way for people to connect directly to

Sophia Source entirely on their own. That is how the

prayer cards with the Sophia Source Connection

Meditation came into form.

I share my life in Tucson, az, with my husband, Joe, and our Great Dane, Daisy, and our cat, Daffodil.
